For Rent

Kitchen

The kitchen has less than a year old stained oak cupboards in addition to the beautiful original arch/cupboard combination around the window. There is a wall of high cupboards surrounding the fridge opposite the picture here as well a peninsula of low cupboards. The kitchen in good size with plenty of oversized drawers and cupboard space. More pictures of the kitchen to come once the battery of the camera is charged!!

Formal Dining Room

Living Room

Study/parlor

This room could be used as a formal living room or even as a fourth bedroom. We use it for a study.

Entry way and staircase

This house has a fabulous entry with a handy shoe and coat storage area and a beautiful hardwood staircase.  The moulding is gorgeous carved cedar.  Even the front door is a beautiful original with lots of character (and that is our boy).

Bedrooms

There are three very large bedrooms (ranging from 13x14 to 24 x14) .  Two have walk in closets for plenty of storage.

Bathrooms

Downstairs bathroom has the original cast iron claw foot tub.

The upstairs bathroom is all new with a six foot jetted tub and a fabulous shower:

Views

The house has amazing views from inside and out. These pictures were taken from the hill on the property:

This is from the study.

There are also fabulous views from two of the upstairs bedrooms and the living room. The sunsets are amazing and best of all the house is a five minute walk from this:
